Acceptance of Terms. By using https://repurposefulllc.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Re-Purposeful LLC markets and arranges Junk Hauling, Junk Removal, Estate Cleanout, Donation Pick-Up. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://repurposefulllc.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Re-Purposeful LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Re-Purposeful LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation. In no event will Re-Purposeful LLC's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Re-Purposeful LLC against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Choice of Law. WA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of WA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Term Changes. Re-Purposeful LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
